Instructions for Use:

1. Prepare your nails by filing the free edge of your natural nails with a 180 grit Beautilux file, take a bath in warm, soapy water, push back the cuticles, trim the hangnails if necessary, roughen with a 180 grit Beautilux file, remove all dust and then disinfect the plate.
