1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity In accordance with French legislation, our nail lamps Ref BL-20S / BL-9C / BL-1M purchased on the French network (Official website www.beautilux.fr or in the franchised store network) benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which protects consumers against defects of conformity existing upon delivery of the product. This guarantee is valid for two years from the date of delivery of the product. If your lamp has a defect of conformity during this period, you have the right to request the repair or replacement of the product.

2. Return Terms For any product return under warranty, please contact our customer service to report the defect at sav@beautilux.fr. You will need to provide proof of purchase (invoice mentioning the date, reference and contact details of the place or site of purchase) and a detailed description of the problem, your contact details, namely: Name, First name, Full postal address, Mobile phone number, email address and Siret number. The cost of returning the defective product will be our responsibility. We will send you a return slip by parcel relay. When we receive your lamp, which must be sent to us in its original packaging, we will need to check whether the product is confirmed as defective in accordance with the legal guarantees.

3. Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover purchases made on AMAZON, ALIEXPRESS or any other platforms of the type, independent points of sale (multi-brand points of sale) which have their own after-sales service, please contact them directly.

The warranty does not cover damage, breakdowns or malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, modification or unauthorized repair of the product, as well as normal wear and tear. In these cases, SARL Beautilux would not be held responsible for said damage, and a quote will be offered to you for repair of your lamp or replacement of it.

The legal warranty is different from the commercial warranty (which is optional). When you read on a product Guaranteed for 2 years , it is the legal warranty.
