• LED/UV lamps and sanders – Metropolitan France

    The following Beautilux electronic products are covered by two separate types of warranties:

    ✅ 1. Legal guarantee of conformity – 2 years

    In accordance with articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code , Beautilux nail lamps (references BL-20S, BL-9C, BL-1M) purchased in France (official website www.beautilux.fr or Beautilux franchise stores) benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.

    This guarantee covers any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery .

    If a defect is found during this period, the consumer can request, free of charge , the repair or replacement of the product .
    In the event of impossibility or manifestly disproportionate cost, a total or partial refund may be offered.

    🛠️ 2. Beautilux commercial guarantee – 12 months

    In addition to the legal guarantee, Beautilux grants a 12-month commercial guarantee from the date of purchase on all its electronic products (LED/UV lamps and sanders) purchased on French territory via its official channels (Beutilux website or authorized franchisees).

    This guarantee covers:

    • manufacturing defects ,
    • premature malfunctions occurring during normal use,
    • any performance anomaly in accordance with our terms of use .

    🧪 200% Reliability Tested : Every Beautilux lamp undergoes two rigorous quality checks before shipping, and each device has a unique serial number to ensure full traceability.

    📩 3. Terms of warranty request

    You will need to provide:

    • proof of purchase (invoice stating the date, product reference and place of purchase);
    • clear photos highlighting the defect or malfunction;
    • a written description as complete as possible of the problem encountered;
    • your full contact details (surname, first name, address, email, telephone number, and SIRET number if professional).

    Without these elements, we will not be able to proceed with the analysis of the file.

    🔍 4. Analysis and support

    After validation of the supporting documents:

    • If the defect is eligible for the warranty , we will cover the return costs (by return slip to the relay point) and will proceed with a repair, replacement or refund , as appropriate.
    • If the defect results from misuse , unauthorized modification , or normal wear and tear , no action will be carried out free of charge .

    The customer will be able to choose:

    1. to have their device repaired or replaced at their own expense (on estimate) ,
    2. or to recover it by paying the reshipping costs .


    🧪 Each returned product undergoes a thorough technical assessment to determine the real cause and prevent any recurrence of the problem.

    ⚠️ 5. Warranty Exclusions

    The following are excluded from any guarantee :

    • products purchased through unauthorized platforms: Amazon, AliExpress, Wish, etc .;
    • purchases made from independent multi-brand points of sale (not Beautilux franchises): contact their after-sales service directly;
    • damages resulting from:
    1. falls, shocks, negligence, humidity, disassembly, modification,
    2. use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
    3. normal wear and tear of parts (bulbs, sander heads, motors, etc.).


    🏷️ 6. Distinction between legal guarantee and commercial guarantee

    📌 The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity is mandatory and covers defects existing at the time of delivery.

    📌 The Beautilux 12-month commercial warranty is offered as an additional feature . It covers, in particular, cases of technical defects occurring during normal use within the first year.
